1. 性状：白色针状结晶或粉末。稍有甜味，但转而微苦，具有中等吸湿性，对空气和光稳定。水解的程度取决于pH值，pH在5-7之间的水溶液最稳定，热压消毒时水溶液不稳定，因此，必须采用过滤灭菌的方法消毒。
